Originally from France, Marie is currently completing my third year of a bachelor’s degree in law economics and management with a focus on international administration and human resources at the University of Paris-Est-Creteil.
With a strong interest in people-focused management and international collaboration, she selected this internship to gain real-world experience at the intersection of innovation sustainability and organizational development. Her academic background and previous work experience in both administrative support and team-based environment, make her a valuable contributor to the Icelandic Ocean Cluster.
During this internship, she will support the daily operations of the Iceland Ocean Cluster, assist in coordinating communications and events, help to improve the social media outreach efforts related to blue economy innovation. She will also contribute to internal HR-related matters and support team logistics in preparation for key events. She is particularly interested in how organisations can foster innovation while maintaining a strong human-centered culture.
Outside her studies, she enjoys discovering new cultures, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
