A new food cart named Walk the Plank recently opened by Reykjavik Harbour. The food cart offers local seafood, mainly crab cake sliders made from Atlantic Rock Crab. Walk the Plank is run by the entrepreneurs, Davíð Freyr Jónsson, who has been part of the Innovation Center of the Ocean Cluster House from the beginning, and Daði Janusson.
Food carts are very well known abroad, however this is still a new concept to the Icelanders and they saw an opportunity to get their product to market.
