This week a large group of people from the Nordic countries visited the Ocean Cluster House and got a presentation of the Iceland Ocean Cluster and its projects. The group works in labor force development throughout the Nordic countries including small communities by the sea. They were here in Reykjavik for a conference hosted by the Swedish consulting company Tendensor and the City of Reykjavik.
The aim of the conference was for the Nordic countries to develop a strategy for cities and smaller communities to attract and retain skilled professionals and talents.
