Ankra, one of the entrepreneur companies located in the Ocean Cluster House, was recently interviewed by Morgunblaðið where they talk about their upcoming products and the atmosphere at the office. Ankra is a cosmetic company, creating cosmetics from resources of the sea. There are four women behind the company, Hrönn M. Magnúsdóttir – CEO, Kristín Ýr Pétursdóttir – designer, Ása María Þórhallsdóttir beautician and Biljana Llievska –chemist.
The girls talk about what it is like be an entrepreneur in Iceland and how the Ocean Cluster House has helped them with their work. “Under one roof you find a vast number of empowering and creative people who are willing to guide you and give suggestions when needed” says the CEO, Hrönn Magnúsdóttir.
