Plant managers in Icelandic fish processing plants met at a special workshop at the Iceland Ocean Cluster. Over 40 plant managers attended the meeting which was very successful.
„The challenge for a seafood cluster is to get the right people involved. The plant managers in the seafood industry in Iceland are a major part of the success of the Iceland seafood industry. We are connecting these people and making sure good ideas flow better,“ says Thor Sigfusson at the Iceland Ocean Cluster. The group decided to focus on full utilisation of the fish and sharing ideas regarding that.
The next meeting is planned January 10, 2014.
