Fishmonger´s Hall in London, UK is a 750 year old institution in the British fisheries sector that opened its doors last week to the Icelandic 100%fish team. The team was invited to share their experience and innovative startup models that show how in Iceland, we are heading toward full utilisation of our valuable ocean resources. We were thrilled to see the enthusiasm and interest in making UK ocean catch more sustainable and look forward to the ideas and actions that will come out of this first workshop!
