On the 15th of October, we were visited by the Greenland Education Council who joined us on an educational tour. It is always great to see people from all parts of the world showing interest in the blue economy ecosystem that has been built in Iceland. Some of the blue innovations from this ecosystem are showcased at the Ocean Cluster House on our 100% Fish table.

We are true believers of knowledge sharing and knowledge exchange. With the environmental, social and economic challenges being faced nowadays, it is essential to build long-lasting collaboration, which we believe can be done by bringing together the stakeholders. The 100% Fish program provides an opportunity to address some of these challenges while creating value, essentially killing two birds with one stone. Greenland has so much potential in underutilized fish biomass utilization, which was reinforced by, for example, the 100% Shrimp project. We hope to see more similar initiatives in collaboration with Greenland.
