Meeting rooms for rent

Stefnið

Stefnið is our front meeting room, just like on ships, and it has been said that the ideas that emerge there are top-notch.
8-10 person meeting room with screen and whiteboard (22 sqm)

Keisinn

Keisinn (the cockpit) is an extension of the engine room on ships; if there is no cockpit, the engine will not work.
4-5 person meeting room (11sqm)

Káetan

Káetan (the cabin) is what some call the most important room on a boat, especially if the sea is rough. This meeting room is on dry land, so there is no risk of seasickness. 4-5 person meeting room with screen and whiteboard (11m2)

Messinn

Messinn is a 4-6 person lounge. When Hús Sjávarklasann opened, we decided to have a nostalgic room with a sofa set from the 1950s and a vinyl record player. It has a good atmosphere and is good for reminiscing about old times.

Brúin

Brúin(the bridge) is the largest and most prestigious meeting space. Many ideas have emerged and found their way to shore here.
25-28 person meeting room with projector and whiteboard (42 sqm)

Millidekkið

Millidekkið is like the middeck on ships, where things happen.
8-10 person meeting room with screen and whiteboard (22 sqm)

Lestin

Lestin is where valuables are stored on a ship.
8-10 person meeting room with screen and respectable whiteboard (22 sqm)

Skuturinn

Skuturinn was the accommodation of the captain and the nobles in earlier centuries. Despite this tradition, anyone can rent the Skuturinn nowadays.
4-6 person meeting room with a respectable whiteboard (15 sqm)

Salurinn

Salurinn is one of the most fun spaces in the Iceland Ocean Cluster House, where most of the parties are held. It seats 50 people and is well suited for 50-80 people.

Bakkaskemman

Bakkaskemman was previously part of a fish processing plant, is now a multi-purpose and fun space that can be booked for workshops, meetings, parties or any kind of event.
Bakkaskemman has windows overlooking the Fish Market, located in the next room. Guests have the opportunity to see when fresh fish, landed on Grandabrygja, enters the Icelandic Fish Market.
The meeting room seats up to 70 people.
