Iceland Innovation Week program is out! This city-wide festival organised by Iceland Innovation Week running from April 27th to 30th, celebrates innovation and forward-thinking across industries. As a proud community partner, we are looking forward to this eventful week!
You can find us at Austurbæjarbíó, on Wednesday 29th April, with our banner presenting the « 100% Playbook »: our exciting new project funded by Builders Vision.
Later that day, we will also be at OK, BYE: Future of Food, a dynamic event full of surprises. Initially created to commemorate the first Icelandic glacier lost to climate change « Ok-jökull», they now continue with their climate theater! Thirteen people will speak during this event including our founder and chairman Dr. Thor Sigfússon and the wonderful Jennifer Bushman.
And of course, our annual Blue Open House will take place on Thursday 30th April from 14:00 to 16:30, with a networking drink hosted by the United States Embassy in Iceland. We will open the doors of the cluster, to allow companies from the blue innovation sector to present their work to visitors, but also companies in- house will have their door open. It is a great opportunity to network and to start new collaborations in a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere and it is a lot of fun!
We also have several of our amazing Sister Ocean Cluster visiting this week.
