The 100% Shrimp project, led by Iceland Ocean Cluster, and funded by Nordic Innovation, fast-tracks circular value chains for cold-water shrimp in the Nordics, by optimising shrimp side stream processing and developing a cross-border supply chain between Greenland and Iceland.
