100% Fish for Profit Conference

The 100% Fish for Profit Conference is part of the IceFish 2026 conference programme and focuses on maximising value from seafood resources by using the whole fish. The conference explores innovations that transform seafood by-products and side streams into high-value products across food, nutraceutical, biotechnology, and other markets.

Formerly known as Fish Waste for Profit, the conference brings together CEOs, entrepreneurs, researchers, processors, and technology providers working across fisheries, aquaculture, and seafood processing. Participants share insights on processing technologies, circular seafood systems, and new business models that increase profitability while improving resource efficiency.

The event is co-located with the IceFish Exhibition and provides a forum for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration across the global seafood value chain.
